2. Services Description

Quecksilber Technologies provides software development, AI integration, cloud consulting, and related technology services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work between you and Quecksilber Technologies.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our systems
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of Quecksilber Technologies or its licensors. Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, any custom work produced for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries remain the property of Quecksilber Technologies.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are outlined in the applicable service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quecksilber Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
